Did you make this card yourself Pete or did it come from some set, I think he had a card in the 1953 format Topps Heritage set.

Hobie Landrith was the first of many Mets catchers, in 1962. Choo Choo Coleman and Sammy Taylor were also part of the first Mets catchers.

Choo Choo hit the first Met HR in Spring Training 1962. I listened to Linsay Nelson's call live back then.

Back in the early years the Mets had to revise their yearbook very often, I have all the Met yearbooks and programs through the 1980's.

I listened on the radio as well Pete. That was also the first Mets win of any kind.
