O'Malley was a dreamer and thinker, along with being a lieing SOB.

O'Malley was a superb buissness man. He was ruthless and heartless, demanded loyalty, but gave none back. That is quite a resume, and that is just part of it.

Were they talking about artificial turf, or some way (as was tried in the Astrodome) for sunlight to come through the roof to sustain natural grass?

As I remember it, the field was supposed to be on rails and rolled out in the sunlight.
