I had a face-to-face conversation with my personal doctor. He is glad I'm stopping the cigarettes. I told him I have a cigar every so often. He told me that's fine with him--just stay away from the cigarettes. I haven't used the word "quit" this time. I merely do not buy nor smoke cigarettes anymore.
