Sources told MLB.com that the Phillies, Blue Jays and Mariners are in discussions to send Halladay to the Phillies, Lee to the Mariners and prospects to the Blue Jays from both teams. At the end of last year when they acquired Cliff Lee, they improved themselves tremendously. This year they apparently swappingone former Cy Young winner for another. They will be very tough to beat this year.
