Phillies--Rockies postponed. 17 degrees and snow in Colorodo. Hello, Mr. Selig -- the season's too damned loooooong.

Last year in Philly should have told Bud and the Boys something, but it didn't. I wonder if Bud plans to play future world series in warm weather climates or domes like the Super Bowl?

Why does MLB allow teams like the Mets, Yankees, Twins, Rockies or any northern team to build stadiums without retractable roofs it is beyond me, it snowed today in Colorado.

The Phillies wasted a great vintage game from Pedro Martinez today. Now the pressure is back on the Phillies. Their bullpen sure looked shaky today. Of course if Utley turns the double play, the bullpen doesn't get exposed.

In all honesty would Pedro have made a difference this year, I don't think so.

Babe Ruth would have made a difference this year. It's just that Omar acted as if Pedro was a bum. He ignored Pedro and signed other total losers instead.

Now that they have Cliff Lee, if they keep most of their team together, they will be the team to beat again next year.

Absolutely agreed. The Phillies are loaded with talent. And their guys are "grinders"..............

Charlie Manuel makes Grady Little look like John McGraw.
