I have found that Pabst Beer sponsored New York Giants broadcasts in 1946, and shared sposorship in 1947 with the Hoffman Beverage Company. Jack Brickhouse and Steve Ellis were the announcers in 1946 over WMCA. In 1947
Frankie Frisch shared the announcers booth with Ellis over WMCA.

hello guys: not only can i get PABST beer around here, i brought a 30-pack ($13.99) with me on a long weekend my wife and i took this past weekend. we attended a '50's weekend in wildwood, nj. drank PABST four days and three nights while there! the can is GREAT.........still looks the same as it did in the old days (Schlitz has the original lettering on their cans, too). pete
I never knew Hoffman made beer, interesting. Is Pabst still brewed by the Pabst Brewing company? How does it taste Pete? I guess I will have a car load of beer when I make my trip in a couple of weeks. I hope my brother-in-law doesn't have much stuff to pack.
I remember Pabst as being a pretty decent brew. Its good to find another member who enjoys his beer. I just found out my brother-in-law has to put off his move till late January. I'll have to find some place local that carries, the old beer that I crave.
