Here is the list I compiled before I began creating the individual cards. I wanted to include notable Brooklyn players from 1800s up to 1950s. While I was not alive when the Dodgers were in Brooklyn, as a fan of the team I learned to relish the history of the Dodgers and greatly appreciate the historic franchise much more than the current franchise.
